Chico is in for a special treat when country roots rock legend The Derailers (pictured) visits Mr. Lucky! Established in Austin, Texas, back in 1993, former Portland, Ore., natives, guitarists, and founding members Tony Villanueva and Brian Hofeldt have created a sound that’s been variously described as “rockabilly,” “country-rock,” and even “country-western, with an emphasis on Western.” The group is currently touring in support of its latest CD release on Sony Music/Nashville, Here Comes The Derailers.
