When Mayors collide

Former Chico Mayor Mary Andrews is the newest candidate for Third District Supervisor seat that will be vacated by Mary Anne Houx next year. Andrews joins another former Mayor, and current City Councilmember, Maureen Kirk in the race to replace Houx. Yet another former mayor, Steve Bertagna, announced last week that he will not seek the county seat he failed to win in his effort to unseat Houx two years ago.
