The Acoustic College and Butte Folk Music Society presents a night of Grammy-winning modern bluegrass from Nashville when the group Phillips Grier Flinner comes to Moxie’s this Sunday. Called “a delight from start to finish” by the Associated Press, this masterful trio combines the talents of seven-time IBMA “guitarist of the year” David Grier, Grammy-winning bassist Todd Phillips, and two-time Winfield National Champion mandolinist Matt Flinner for some of the hottest contemporary bluegrass out there.
