Swingers is a great movie, and the chance to hear stars Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau talk about it on the commentary track is a film geek’s wet dream. The boys do their analysis with the help of Action Commentary, which gives them the ability to put notes on the screen, ala John Madden, as they speak. At one point, they even play Tic Tac Toe. The movie is a classic, a film that helped stoke the reemergence of the Swing music scene, and one of the best films about breaking up ever put to celluloid. The disc features a fantastic original documentary on the making of the film, deleted scenes and a funny spoof called Swing Blade. This disc is so money, and it doesn’t even know it.
