Eco-event: Pruning

There will be a free workshop at 10 a.m. on March 20 designed to teach home gardeners how to prune trees and garden plants. The workshop takes place at the Wilbur D. May Museum & Arboretum, 1502 Washington St., 785-5961. If that’s not enough green for you, later that day, you can check out the free tour of Washoe County’s Labyrinth Garden at 6 p.m. also from the Wilbur May Museum and Arboretum.
