Issue: June 09, 2016

Hi there,
Welcome to this week’s RN&R. It's almost summer, which officially starts
on June 20. This week's feature story is our Summer Guide, which is a
... sensual experience.
Also in this week’s issue, we’ve got our final column (at least for the
time being) from Green columnist Kelsey Fitzgerald, who tells us about a
new operation in Dayton that'll combine fish farming and hydroponics.
Jessica Santina put together a summer theater guide with everything
that's set to hit the stage over the next few months. In news, Dennis
Myers talked with Washoe County Commissioner Jeanne Herman about her
decision to put some of her $20,000 in annual discretionary funds toward
the political group Nevada Lands Council.
If you pick up a copy of the paper at your favorite restaurant or bar,
you’ll get see the cartoons and Streetalk—neither of which appear
online. For this week’s Streetalk segment, I asked five strangers to
tell me which of the five senses they'd do without if they had to give
up one.
Send us your letters to the editor, or just drop us a line sometime. We
love to hear from you.
Regards,
Jeri Chadwell-Singley
