Issue: March 20, 2014

Hello everybody,
It's time for the teen issue, and this year we paired up with Wooster
High School to bring you artwork from students grades nine through
12. There is a lot of great work, so be sure to check it out. Also in
this issue, Dennis Myers writes about how Sparks officials seem to
favor regional events over local events in budgeting and how close
they are to the Sparks Nugget. In art of the state, read about the
large Ichthyosaur fixture in the Nevada Museum of Art. And turn to
green to hear about a local project to help save water in agriculture
irrigation. Click through the links below to browse through this week's issue.
As always, be sure to pick up a newsprint copy of the paper for
exclusive content, cartoons and columnists. Thanks for reading our paper.
Cheers,
Sage Leehey
