Issue: September 23, 2010
Hi everybody,
This week on the cover of the Reno News & Review, Kat Kerlin looks at a trend in business: co-locating. It’s when two or more businesses share one address. Maybe to no one’s surprise, a large percentage of co-locators are women. Also in this week’s issue, I brag about all our Nevada Press Association Awards. And as long as we’re talking about great stories, Kat Kerlin informs us in Green that dryer sheets are indeed the useless product we’ve all suspected them to be. And for the bibliophiles, we’ve got two stories about books: an exhibition of artistically designed books by students and a profile of a prolific local author. Truth be told, there’s more to read in this week’s issue than we can put in an introduction so feel free to click the links below, but remember to pick up the newspaper for exclusive newsprint content every week. And as always, thanks for reading the paper. If not for you, we’d be co-locating at Fitzgerald’s casino.
Peace out,
Brian and Brad
