Issue: May 20, 2010
Hi everybody,
Hungry? I sure am. For this week’s cover story, I rode along with Calvin’s Sausages, a mobile food truck serving sausages and falafel to downtown Reno bars. It was appetizing work, to say the least. In this week’s Upfront, we’ll take a look at the difference between Tea Party Express, which is supporting Nevada candidate Sharron Angle, and the real tea party movement. In this week’s Green story, we examine feed-in tariffs, a local group’s proposal for revamping Nevada’s energy grid. And movie reviewer Bob Grimm takes aim at Robin Hood.
Thanks for reading!
If it weren’t for you, we wouldn’t eat.
