Vegetarian Food Court — possible thanks to support from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection

• Chef Van Go: lively lentil tacos, corn on the cob, rice salad, grilled vegetable wraps, and bottled water

• Godfather’s Pizza: cheese and vegetarian pizza, soda and water

• Goodi’s Fresh Squeezed Lemonade: lemonade, pretzels, nachos, soda and water

• Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant: vegetarian enchiladas, tacos, burritos, taco salad, nachos, quesadillas, rice and beans. No lard used in beans.

• The Potato Bistro: bread bowls with cream of potato soup or vegetable chowder, gourmet baked potatoes, fruit pies, popcorn, bagels, hot chocolate, soda, tea, water

• Pneumatic Diner: vegan “bubba” sandwiches (with grilled eggplant, zucchini, carrot, onion and hummus), vegan cookies, organic soda, and water

• Sweet Tooth, Etc.: muffins, scones, brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheese cake, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, water, sugar free drinks

• Wild Oats Natural Marketplace: veggie burgers, chips and Odwalla drinks!
