The Santa Clause 2

Tim Allen returns in a not-so-great sequel to a not-so-great film. It’s been eight years since the first installment, and Allen’s Santa finds out he must get married by Christmas Eve or lose the Santa job. The romance stuff is uninteresting, and the visuals are quite dull (some of the computer animation is downright awful). Allen has a decent amount of charm, and it does carry portions of the film, but he can’t save it. Not much fun, and doesn’t do much to fuel the holiday spirit. It qualifies more as sleep fuel.
