Testosterone therapy banned
The Nevada Athletic Commission last week banned testosterone replacement therapy after hearing scathing physician testimony on the hazards involved when TRT is used in combination with steroids. The vote was unanimous and other state athletic officials praised the action.
Vitor Belfort promptly dropped out of his planned ultimate fighting championship middleweight title fight on the assumption that the ban will soon spread to other jurisdictions.
