The talented Reese Witherspoon continues her trend towards becoming the next Meg Ryan with this asinine fish-out-of-water story about a NYC fashion designer heading back to her hometown for all sorts of stereotypical tomfoolery. You see, the son of the Mayor of New York wants to marry her, but she’ll have to get her hick husband (Josh Lucas) to sign of on a divorce. He decides to give her a hard time, and wacky love-hate shenanigans ensue. No need to see this, unless total shit is your idea of a good time. Witherspoon is worlds better than this stuff.
