The helicopter flight school operated by Jerry Airola, appointed by Gov. Jim Gibbons last month to bring his business expertise to the Nevada Economic Development Advisory Board, has declared bankruptcy, is accused of fraud by dozens of students, and is under investigation by two state attorneys general.
