Paycheck lender arrested
The owner of Dollar Loan Centers in Nevada and two other states has been caught up in a prostitution sting in St. George, Utah.
Charles Brennan, founder of the short-term loan outfit, was arrested along with several others Jan. 13 for reportedly making arrangements with a police decoy on the telephone and through an online site.
Brennan was arrested and booked into the Washington County jail on a class B misdemeanor of patronizing a prostitute. He was later released on a $587 bond.
