Known as caucuses in presidential years, in non-presidential years they are held to elect delegates to the county and state conventions, propose platform planks, put volunteers in contact with candidates, and visit with neighbors in the precinct. The Democrats in all precincts will meet at Wooster High School this Saturday, Feb. 24 at 9 a.m. Republicans will meet on March 3 at 9 a.m. at seven locations around the valley.
