The Zephyr is hosting an evening of music, all the proceeds of which will be donated to the terminally ill children of Washoe Imaging and pediatric units at Washoe Medical Center. Performing artists include

The Electrosonics. Admission to Toydriveapalooza is one unwrapped toy valued at $5 or more, or $10 cash. This rockin’ charity event takes place 9 p.m. Dec. 6. Zephyr Lounge is at 1074 S. Virginia St. Call 324-9853. … Musicians, comedians and poets are invited to perform or be part of the audience at Friday Nite Live. The event is an open mic for adults with disabilities, including mental illness, and takes place 5:30 p.m. Dec. 5. Admission is $1.
