More justice for Nevada

The U.S. Justice Department will beef up its workforce in Nevada by hiring seven more attorneys and six staff members.

The announcement was made by U.S. Sen. John Ensign. Republican Ensign has been irate over the removal of the U.S. attorney for Nevada, David Bogden, who was one of eight U.S. attorneys fired around the nation. Ensign made his feelings known publicly and to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales but did not join Democrats in a no-confidence vote against Gonzales over the firings.
