Los artes of Reno

It takes more than just a couple of freeways and a river to create the community of the Truckee Meadows. There are social connections, people and networks that attach to other people and networks within the community at large: Everybody knows somebody who has a friend who’s married to somebody who knows someone else—think of it as those Six Degrees of Separation. We wanted to illustrate how the Hispanic arts community connects to the larger community of Northern Nevada. The result was this family tree of people and organizations.
