It’s Your Body
It’s your life. So live it better in 2002.
This year is shaping up a bit differently. In past years, most New Year’s resolutions included weight loss or quitting a bad habit like smoking. We hadn’t heard that when RN&R staff and contributors started thinking about what they’d write for our annual health and fitness issue. Yet, we ended up tackling topics—from massage to jogging in the outdoors—that have made our lives more satisfying, fulfilling and comfortable. So enjoy, and have a better year.
