Heller takes both sides
Clarification: In this space in the Feb. 17 edition, we reported that U.S. Rep. Dean Heller was the only member of the Nevada congressional delegation who voted “no” on renewing provisions of the U.S. PATRIOT Act. It turns out that on a second vote six days later, he switched back and voted “yes.”
