Does the thought of learning about the fabulous feminine trends of the past century strike your fancy? Come to the American Woman Hair and Fashion Show, sponsored by Genesis Salon and Spa, which celebrates America’s style and entertainment of the past century. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Sierra Nevada Chapter of the American Red Cross. "It’s a night of entertainment, a night of celebration and a tribute to the American woman," says Genesis owner Dorlon Peckham. The event will be held Nov. 15 in Sammy’s Showroom at Harrah’s Reno. There will be performances at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale at Genesis for $20 or can be purchased at the door for $25.
