Federal Reserve allows continued credit card abuses
The Federal Reserve Board has given credit card companies another 19 months to use predatory practices on consumers.
These include allowing companies to apply payments to the portion of the bill that has the lowest interest rate, raise interest rates on current balances, and continue double-cycle billing.
