Reno’s Biggest Little Plein Air Paint-out - Quick Draw Competition
Ready, Set, Paint! This 2 hour paint-out challenges artists to select a site any where along the Truckee River from McKinley Arts and Culture Center to the Sienna Hotel to create a Plein Air masterpiece within the 2 hour time frame. Contestants must use the canvas provided to them for this competition. The $120 fee includes fees for workshops, competition and auction, 9X12 canvas panel and a frame for your work. Meet at Lake Mansion to register at 9AM, competition is from 10 AM until Noon. This event is sponsored by the Eldorado Hotel Casino, and Hermitage Gallery. Evening reception and awards will be held at the Eldorado Convention Center, $25.
