Eco-event: Organic Honey Workshop

Learn how to harvest, extract, package and eat organic honey at the River School Farm’s Fall Bee Keeping Workshop. Beekeepers Ray Hopper and Tom Stille will lead a 90-minute workshop on how to collect honey from honey combs and how to prepare beehives for winter. Oct. 8, 1-2:30 p.m. Cost is $15 and a reservation is required.
