Bad checks

The personal bank checks of people who have a history with stalkers or other privacy experiences and so leave their addresses off their preprinted checks, or who use a post office box, are not wanted at Save Mart grocery stores—or at least at the Keystone Avenue Save Mart. A clerk at the store says it’s a “new company-wide policy,” though other Save Marts seem not to have gotten the word and continue accepting the verboten checks. Save Mart is the corporation that took over Albertson’s.
