Works by Hungarian artist Csaba Markus are on display through Aug. 19 at the James-Harold Gallery, inside the Boatworks Mall, 850 North Lake Blvd., Tahoe City. Csaba, who works in a style called "contemporary classicism," is best known for his expressions of female beauty. Call (530) 581-5111.
