Art pick of the week

A large, site-specific installation by Chuck Moffit, understanding the plastic, will be on display beginning with a slide lecture by the artist at 4 p.m. Sept. 6, followed by a reception at 5 p.m. The lecture will be held in Room 153 of the Church Fine Arts Complex at the University of Nevada, Reno, and the exhibit will be shown in the Sheppard Fine Arts Gallery.
