Workers removed signs from the Sierra Street building that, until this month, housed the Heart of Reno Wedding Chapel. Started by Dorothy Snelling and later owned and operated by her daughter, Dawn Gibbons, the chapel was first located on Court Street and reportedly hosted a quarter-million weddings.
