Baseball fans stood at a counter behind the bleacher seating watching the Reno Aces play. The Aces last week took the last game of the season 5 to 4 against the Portland Beavers before a reported crowd of 8,747 after trailing into the ninth. It’s not the only time this season that the Aces turned the score around in the bottom of the ninth. Without the Aces playing for the next few months, adjacent businesses will have to stand or fall on their own.
