Four-Leaf Hangover

1/3 pint Coke

1/3 pint Guinness

1/4 shot glass creme de menthe

1/4 shot glass Baileys

1/4 shot glass Jameson Irish Whiskey

1/4 shot glass brandyFill one-third of a pint glass with Coke and one-third with Guinness. In a separate shot glass, create an Irish Flag: one-fourth shot creme de menthe on the bottom, then one-fourth shot Baileys, one-fourth shot Jameson Irish Whiskey floated on top of that, and one-fourth shot brandy on top of it all. Drop the shot in the pint glass, and slam it.

Chocolate Bar makes its own Venezuelan chocolate syrup in-house with about four different types of chocolate for this drink. They swear it can’t be replicated, but you can try. Here’s how:

0.5 oz. Vincent Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate vodka

2 oz. Godiva chocolate cream liquer

Splash fresh cream

0.5 oz. high quality dark chocolate syrup

Chocolate shavings

Mix the vodka and chocolate cream. Add a splash of fresh cream and the dark chocolate syrup. Rim the glass with chocolate shavings. Shake, chill, strain and serve.

1 oz. Malibu Mango

1 oz. Malibu Passion Fruit

1.5 oz. orange juice

1.5 oz. cranberry juice

1.5 oz. pineapple juice

0.75 oz. Bacardi 151 rum

Cherry and orange slice garnish

Mix Malibu Mango and Malibu Passion Fruit with the juices. Shake together and pour over ice. Float the Bacardi 151 rum on top. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange slice. Serve.
