The second ‘R’

Last week we reduced. Now let’s reuse. Waste Management offers three suggestions:

1. Have a birthday present to give? Wrap the item in a reusable gift bag, instead of single-use paper.

2. Use rechargeable batteries.

3. Going on vacation? Carry washable coffee mugs and cloth napkins. And don’t throw away those plastic utensils and plastic plates. Wash and reuse them.
