Is there a chimney at the Fox & Goose?

SquishTheBadMan will sing a song of Christmas (or else).

If not, Santa will have to walk through the bar like everyone else. (Hint to all you naughty boys and girls: Buying Santa a pint of Guinness might increase your chances of getting what you want for Christmas.) This Thursday night, Ferocious Kitty Media hosts a yuletide rock show at the Fox & Goose. Bands with the holiday spirit include SquishTheBadMan, Local Honey, the Famous Celebrities, Mike Rofé, Sandi Leeper, the Inversions and Anton Barbeau. (Barbeau also has a True Love-in-Exile gig with Kepi on Christmas Eve at Mother India. Someone must have finished his holiday shopping early.) Hark! The herald rock bands sing at 7 p.m. at 1001 R Street. All the bands are required to play at least one holiday song, under penalty of getting a lump of coal in their stockings. Admission is free. Call (916) 443-8825 for more information.
