Sub Shack has dedicated itself to the art of the sub for 28 years. Steak-and-onion, pastrami, fresh turkey and chicken are reigning favorites, but try the “monster” if you’re not afraid. The only lament is the limited hours: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
