Historians agree that the way musicals depict history is seldom accurate. Often, they feature more singing than can reasonably be assumed to have happened. Despite this concern, Monty Python’s Spamalot is universally adored by historians who like musicals based on Monty Python films. With songs by Eric Idle and John du Prez that debuted nearly 15 years ago, the Tony Award-winning show will serve up some of the greatest comedic hits of Monty Python and the Holy Grail while providing some additional material to pad the run time. 10 College Parkway, harriscenter.net.
