Ninety-two-year-old Irving Guyer has had a long career in the arts. He painted in the Works Progress Administration in the late 1930s, and this Nevada City-based artist is still painting: His solo show of abstracted coastal landscapes and polyptych pine tree paintings is at B. Sakata Garo through January 3.
