Using almond milk as opposed to a fattier dairy option, the shop blends bananas, oats and old-fashioned peanut butter sweetened with just a hint of honey and cinnamon. Located about a block from Capitol Park, Cap City serves the ideal thing to sip while you stop and smell the actual roses.
