Lynda Stegall debuts her artwork to the Sacramento art scene at B. Sakata Garo after more than 25 years of children raising and husband supporting, according to her spouse Peter Stegall. She paints storybook scenes on felt and embroiders the details. It’s an atypical medium, but that’s exactly what makes it appealing.
