This charming show for all ages—geared to enchant kids, but sophisticated enough to please adults with a cast of seasoned professionals—is this year's “holiday surprise.” Playwright David Pierini and director John Lamb mount this folk tale with tenderness and sincerity; new acting intern Emily Killian is a find.
