We live in a digital world, and in this world images are “filmed” at 30 frames per second. So life in 24 frames is a bit of an antiquated, perhaps ethereal concept—and a viable analogy of Life in 24 Frames, the Sacramento band: Its sound is shoegaze and at times delicate, if precious, though ultimately a bit outdated.
