Those who want to fight the power the lazy way can use the Fixed app. All a user needs to do is snap a photo of the ticket with a smartphone, and Fixed handles the rest. The app is free, but all this ease still comes with a price: Fixed takes a fee (25 percent of the original ticket) for every win.
