What better place to hear a bunch of punk-rock dads than a venue known as a state-worker hangout with a homey atmosphere? Yes, a trio of dads from a bunch of local bands is getting together at Fox & Goose for a show billed “Pure Acoustic Punk Dads.” The three dads in question are Kenny Beasley (Sac Storytellers), Brian Hanover (Hanover Saints) and Dan Reynoso (the Secretions [pictured], Groovie Ghoulies, and the Knockoffs). Why not grab your favorite wool Christmas sweater, have a beer or two and enjoy a relaxing evening listening to some fine musicians stripping down songs to their most bare-bones elements?
