Cookies & Milk, a food-delivery service started by some UC Davis graduates, will deliver cookies to anyone in the general central-city area (Midtown, downtown and a little bit beyond) between the hours of 8 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
