Boiler Room

Freshman writer/director Ben Younger takes us to a Long Island bucket shop, where amoral twentysomethings rake in riches pushing stock in nonexistent companies on the gullible, the greedy, and the confused. This generally well-made film about some thoroughly unsavory people falls apart at the end, when Younger defaults to a formulaic denouement.
