The Score

Rated 3.0 Once you get through forgiving this one for not being the classic it should’ve been, you might enjoy yourself on some levels. Robert De Niro, Marlon Brando and Edward Norton share the screen in this fairly routine heist flick that casts De Niro as a wise and weary safe cracker, Brando as an enormous crime lord and Norton as the up-and-coming crook. While the movie won’t take your breath away, it’s fun to see the actors working together, and the final heist—the “score”—is nicely done. Would’ve been nice to get a great film considering the talent involved, but we’ll just have to settle for one that is OK.
