Rated 4.0 This one will make you feel all warm on the inside. Dennis Quaid plays a firefighter in the year 1969 who, thanks to some strange sun activity, finds himself talking to his son (James Caviezel) 30 years in the future on a ham radio. Of course, the son warns him about a few things and manages to screw up the fabric of time. Good time-travel story that is quite implausible but heartwarming. It also contains a decent murder mystery as father and son conspire to stop a serial killer. The sort of movie I eat up despite its flaws.
