What’s that noise?

Brüka Theatre’s downstairs stage is the home of its avant-garde theater division, Sub-Brüka. This weekend, the space will feature some experimental noise rock by the Schizopolitans. The trio consists of two drummers and a laptop but its members promise to provide an evening of “organized chaos” in a theatrical setting. The group’s music channels the experimental sounds of ’70s-era Brian Eno and David Bowie as well as the “beat-based sonic attacks” of Einsturzende Neubauten. The trio plays 11 p.m. May 22 downstairs at Brüka Theatre, 99 N. Virginia St. Admission is $5. Call 323-3221.
