TTE meets V&T

Seventy-year-old Thomas the Tank Engine will be making a guest appearance at the New Virginia & Truckee Railroad next month.

Created by British minister Wilbert Awdry in 1943 to entertain his measles-stricken son Christopher, Thomas went from a series of popular books to a British television series, then to PBS in the United States.
