The Hermit: Best drink for paleontologists

The Hermit card often signifies introspection and personal reflection. And what goes better with personal reflection than beer? Sobriety, some might say. But either way, Icky, the flagship brew of the oldest and most popular local brewery, is now available in bottles, with a funky but elegant label depicting the eponymous fossil, an ancient aquatic beast, and the slogan, “distinct, not extinct.” From the bottle, the IPA has the same rich, hoppy flavor as always, but now it can be enjoyed at home, in perfect solitude.
