A KTVN photographer shot footage Sunday of displays and exhibits at the Peace Fair in Wingfield Park. Organizations from Veterans for Peace to the Committee to Aid Abused Women to the Industrial Workers of the World (see page 39) were represented. The first local Peace Fair was held in Washoe Valley on Oct. 3, 1971, and they continued through most of the 1970s until concerns about Vietnam waned.
